GUIDELINES FOR USING AND ACCESSING THE TURNITIN SYSTEM
1. FOR USERS AT HUB LIBRARY
Step 1: Register to use Turnitin via the form

Step 2: Contact library staff for assistance on how to access Turnitin:
-> Directly at the Information Desk, Ground Floor, Library Building;
-> Or via phone: (028) 38971651 (Turnitin Access Support Officer);
-> Or Mr. Nguyễn Anh Tú (Institute for Scientific Research and Banking Technology): 0938130187.
Step 3: Receive information about the designated computer (direct access) if it matches the registered time slot.
Step 4: Go to the Multimedia Room – Mezzanine Floor to use the designated computer.
Step 5: After completing the registered session, DO NOT LOG OUT of the application. Please inform library staff of the end of use through the contact channels mentioned in Step 2.
2. FOR OFFICERS AND STAFF OF THE INFORMATION – LIBRARY CENTER (ILC)
Step 1: Circulation staff at the Information Desk provide access to and support for Turnitin, including:
- Turning on computers in the Multimedia Room, Mezzanine Floor;
- Logging into Turnitin at: https://www.turnitin.com/login_page.asp?lang=vi_VN using pre-configured accounts (3 accounts for 3 designated workstations);
- Note: Accounts may log out automatically due to timeouts or user actions. Staff must log in again if this occurs. Absolutely do not provide workstation account usernames and passwords to users since these accounts have unlimited access to Turnitin at HUB;
- Accessing the camera monitoring software in the Multimedia Room to supervise computer use.
Step 2: Support users in accessing Turnitin by:
- Checking the daily Turnitin registration list;
- Contacting users with overlapping bookings to provide assistance and adjustments.
Step 3: Provide users with information about the designated computer (direct access) if it matches the registered time slot.
Step 4: Assist users (if needed) in accessing and using Turnitin; receive information and report to the Institute for Scientific Research and Banking Technology if unexpected issues arise.
Step 5: Power off computers, lights, and air-conditioning after service hours.
