In order to create an academic forum for discussing trends, sharing practical experiences, and proposing library development models that meet the requirements of modern higher education, the Information – Library Center of Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking is organizing a University-level Scientific Conference under the above theme and cordially invites scholars, researchers, administrators, lecturers, and interested individuals to submit papers.

Conference Themes
Submitted papers should focus on the following key topics:
- Global trends in the application of artificial intelligence in the information and library field at higher education institutions.
- Reshaping the roles and functions of academic libraries in the digital and AI era.
- Application of artificial intelligence in developing information resources, information–library services, and enhancing user experience.
- Development and management of smart digital library systems based on digital technologies and artificial intelligence.
- Ensuring digital ethics, digital copyright, information security, and user privacy in AI environments.
- Enhancing digital competencies; training and retraining for library staff and learners in higher education institutions.
- Sharing models, practices, and experiences in implementing digital libraries and AI applications in academic libraries.
