To support library users in accessing valuable open-access resources, the Information – Library Center of Ho Chi Minh University of Banking (HUB) is pleased to introduce to all lecturers, staff, researchers, graduate students, and undergraduate students the access and use of the Cambridge Open Engage (Cambridge Code) and OAPEN electronic databases.
