CONTEST THEME

“Reading Culture in the Era of Digital Technology and Artificial Intelligence – HUB Shaping the Future”
This year’s theme aims to encourage students to become pioneers in applying digital technology to nurture, develop, and promote a reading culture in a modern learning environment.

DETAILED CONTEST INFORMATION
1. Eligible Participants: Students from all programs and cohorts currently studying at the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City.
2. Contest Content: Participants must provide complete answers to the following two questions:

Question 1:
Share your personal reading experience or introduce one legally published book/document that has had a positive impact on your reading behavior in the digital age.

Participants may attach one digital media product applying technology, such as a podcast, video, digital poster, infographic, etc.

Note: The attached digital media product is assessed as a separate scoring criterion, with a maximum score of 10 out of 100 points, to evaluate the creativity, technological application, and outreach potential of the entry.

Question 2:
Propose one idea or solution to develop a reading culture in the digital environment among HUB students, clearly stating the following: objectives, content, implementation methods, expected effectiveness, and practical applicability.

3. Submission Formats
Participants must present their entries in Vietnamese in one of the following two formats:

Written entry (typed): No more than 5,000 words and a maximum of 15 A4 pages; font: Times New Roman, size 13; line spacing: 1.5.
Video: Duration: 5–10 minutes; maximum file size: 2 GB; minimum resolution: 480 px; minimum frame size: 854 × 480; accepted formats: .mp4, .avi, .mpeg, .mkv, .flv, etc. The video must be suitable for uploading to YouTube.

Submission deadline: July 15, 2026

Voting for the Most Popular Entry:

Voting period: From 8:00 a.m. on July 16, 2026, to 8:00 a.m. on July 20, 2026.
Voting method: Direct interaction on the HUB Library Fanpage.

Voting score calculation:

1 Like/Reaction: 1 point
1 valid Comment containing more than five words: 2 points
1 valid Share: 3 points

The Organizing Committee will only recognize valid interactions made on the HUB Library Fanpage by authentic accounts and in compliance with the contest regulations.

Expected date of result announcement: July 21, 2026

In addition, all students with valid contest entries will receive five conduct points for Semester I of the 2026–2027 academic year.
