🖊️ Written entry: No more than 5,000 words, with a maximum of 15 A4 pages, using Times New Roman font, size 13, and 1.5 line spacing.

🎥 Video: Duration of 5–10 minutes; accepted formats include .mp4, .avi, .mpeg, .mkv, .flv, etc.; maximum file size of 2 GB; minimum resolution of 854 × 480.
