To enhance the quality of library products, services, and facilities, while maintaining and improving its ISO-standard Quality Management System, The Information - Library Center of Ho Chi Minh University of Banking (HUB) cordially invites university staff, employees, and students to participate in the Library Service Quality Assessment Survey for the 2025–2026 Academic Year.

Every contribution from library users is a valuable source of information, helping the Library continuously improve the quality of its products and services, develop information resources, and enhance the user experience.
