To help library users better understand the Library's rules and regulations, products, services, facilities, and communication channels, while enhancing their skills in searching for and accessing information resources for learning and scientific research, The Information - Library Center of Ho Chi Minh University of Banking (HUB) will organize library orientation sessions in 2026.

Participants: All university staff and employees, postgraduate students, and undergraduate students of HUB who are interested in attending.

Orientation content
During the orientation sessions, participants will receive:
- An introduction to the Library's facilities and learning spaces;
- An overview of the information resources currently available at the Library;
- Guidance on the rules and regulations for using library spaces and materials;
- Instructions on how to interact, communicate, and participate in Q&A sessions with The Information - Library Center through its communication channels;
- Guidance on basic skills for searching and accessing library information through the Center's website;
- Hands-on practice of the topics covered during the sessions.

Organization format
Venue: The Information - Library Center, 2nd Floor.
Class size: 10–30 participants per session.
Duration: 45–60 minutes per session.
Format: In-person instruction.
