On the morning of October 30, 2025, at the Ho Chi Minh Museum (Hanoi), the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) organized the Closing Ceremony and Awards Presentation of the 2025 National “Reading Culture Ambassador” Contest. Ho Chi Minh University of Banking (HUB) is honored to have student Huynh Thi Hanh Phuc – class DH38AM04, Faculty of Foreign Languages – achieve an outstanding award in the competition.

The “Reading Culture Ambassador” contest is a meaningful initiative aimed at nurturing a passion for reading, fostering self-study habits, and developing reading culture within schools and the community. In 2025, the contest attracted nearly 1.2 million entries from more than 8,700 educational institutions across various participant groups, including over 18,600 university and college students. These impressive numbers continue to affirm the strong influence and widespread reach of the reading culture movement among young people.
