On the afternoon of January 24, 2024, the seminar "Policy on supplementing, exploiting and serving learning materials at the University" was organized by the Library of Ho Chi Minh University of Banking and the Library Board of Foreign Trade University Campus II co-organization took place in an online format. The seminar was aimed at strengthening the connection between the libraries of the two universities, following the Memorandum of Understanding between the two units and improving the efficiency of supplementary activities, exploitation and service of learning, research as well as quality assurance work according to current university policies.

On the side of Foreign Trade University Campus II, there was the presence of MSc. Bui Thi Hoang Oanh - Head of the Library Department, Bui Thi Thuy Quyen and Nguyen Nhat Ha - Communications staff, Tran Ngoc Son - Course Resources and Duplicate Search staff, Nguyen Thi Ngoc Ha - Library User Service staff.

On the side of Ho Chi Minh University of Banking, there was MSc. Tran Vinh Nguyen - Director of HUB’s library, MSc Le Van Toan - Deputy Director, Dr. Nguyen Trung Hieu - Deputy Director and Tran Thi Loc – Supplementing staff, Nguyen Thi Thu – Authoritying staff, Ho Le Anh Tuan – Digital Library staff.

Speaking at the opening of the discussion, MSc. Tran Vinh Nguyen shared the results that the Library of HUB has implemented in recent times such as officially promulgating the Regulations on developing library information resources, Document deposit regulations, results of the Library's support process for the accreditation of training institutions... as well as requirements for the development process in the coming time.
