On July 26, 2025, within the framework of the First Rector Forum of Southeast Asian Universities – THE FIRST RECTOR FORUM 2025, hosted by Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City (HUB), the University Library had the honor of welcoming a delegation of policymakers, education management experts, scholars, and international partners for a visit and exchange. With the theme “A Forum of Dialogue, Discovery, and Strategic Collaborations”, the event carried special significance in the context of globalization and digital transformation, which are creating unprecedented opportunities and challenges for higher education. The Forum served as a platform for academic dialogue, experience sharing, and the building of strategic collaborations among universities in the Southeast Asian region.

The presence and attention of the distinguished delegates provided strong encouragement for the Library to continue striving toward becoming a modern learning resource center, making practical contributions to the mission of enhancing training quality, research, and the development of high-quality human resources in the region.
