On the afternoon of December 1, the Closing and Award Ceremony of the 2022 “Reading Culture Ambassador” Contest—under the theme “Aspirations for National Development”—was held at the Hanoi Opera House. The contest was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. A student from Ho Chi Minh University of Banking (HUB) was honored for their outstanding achievement at the national-level competition.
