With the aim of spreading the value of books and reading culture in the community, contributing to building a rich spiritual and cultural life, promoting the tradition of learning, and nurturing humanistic values, the Information – Library Center  of Banking University Ho Chi Minh City (HUB) launched the community engagement program “Books – Nurturing the Future Generations” 2025. From the very beginning, the program received enthusiastic attention and contributions from HUB lecturers, learners, students, as well as many individuals, collectives, and partners.

On August 28, 2025, HUB Information – Library Center, in collaboration with Cao Bang Provincial Library, donated gifts to students of Luu Ngoc Primary School (Luu Ngoc Hamlet, Quang Han Commune, Cao Bang Province). The total value of the gifts exceeded 23 million VND, including: 564 new notebooks; more than 500 pens and pencils; 24 new sets of textbooks; 232 textbooks and storybooks; 90 boxes of crayons; together with comic books and educational games.

Mr. Vu Van Cuong, Head of Reader Services Department, Cao Bang Provincial Library, on behalf of the Organizing Committee, presented the gifts to Luu Ngoc Primary School.

The program “Books – Nurturing the Future Generations”, implemented by HUB Information – Library Center in remote and disadvantaged areas, aims to expand opportunities for students to access books and knowledge, while also promoting and spreading the image of HUB to the community.
