On the morning of November 5, 2025, the Congress of the Grassroots Trade Union of the Institute for Scientific Research – Journal & Library took place successfully in a formal and dignified atmosphere.

During the Congress, members elected the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union for the 2025–2030 term and selected delegates to attend the Congress of the University-level Trade Union. With a spirit of democracy, responsibility, and strong consensus, the election results reflected the trust and confidence of union members in the Trade Union’s leadership—those who will represent, accompany, and safeguard the collective’s interests in the new term.
