On September 14, 2026, Emerald Publishing officially announced that the Asian Journal of Economics and Banking had been indexed in Scopus, with coverage dating back to 2022.

The Asian Journal of Economics and Banking (AJEB) is a scholarly journal affiliated with Ho Chi Minh University of Banking (HUB). Formerly known as the Banking Technology Review, the journal was established in 2004. In 2017, the journal began publishing an English-language edition. Since January 1, 2019, both the Vietnamese and English editions have officially been published under the title Asian Journal of Economics and Banking (AJEB). These milestones mark significant steps in expanding the University's academic scope, enhancing quality, and progressively internationalizing its scholarly publishing activities. (Details)
