To implement the orientation of continuing to promote digital transformation, develop digital libraries, ensure effective service provision for HUB library users, and meet the continuous innovation of the HUB's training programs. From April 2024, the HUB Library has completed the equipment and officially put into operation the Springer Nature Economics e-book database and the Emerald Emerging Market Case Studies database at Ho Chi Minh University of Banking.
