ANNOUNCEMENT
About the exploitation of open learning resources in Vietnam

        Through a training program called "Copyright implementation in library activities in colleges and universities" organized by Vietnamese Library Association of Southern Academic Libraries (VILASAL) in collaboration with Dong Nai Technology College on August 11 and 12, 2016. Through communicating among experts and leaders about the development of electronic information, Library of Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City would like to introduce to users about open learning resources including:

         1. VIETNAM OPEN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES

         Website: http://voer.edu.vn

        Vietnam Open Educational Resources (VOER), supported by the Vietnam Foundation, aims to build Open Educational Resources in Vietnam for Vietnamese people with generous contents that can use, reuse and access free in teaching, learning and researching environment. It also provide reference textbooks for university education under the credit program of the Ministry of Education and Training. There are collections of 22,173 documents, 518 collections from 8,069 authors following the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license unless otherwise noted.

         2. VIETNAM EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES

         Website: http://edu.net.vn/

         Education forum is directly managed and operated by Department of Information Technology - Ministry of Education and Training, which is a part of Ministry of Education and Training website of Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Education forum is a place for gathering, discussing and communicating opinions, ideas, information, learning resources related to education and culture – scientics - society fields.
